The perfect course for those looking to improve their overall health by strengthening their core.

Program Dates:

November 21st-December12th (Tuesday)

November 24th - December 15th (Friday)

January 9 - January 30th (Tuesday)

January 12th - February 2nd (Friday)

Each week Features:

Warm-up and warm-down

  • A complete upper body, lower body and core program known as Aerobicized Strength Training

  • Nutrition and dietary tips

  • Weekly goal-setting and home exercises

Location: LaSalle Park Pavilion

Instructor: Dr. Wellum, Dr. Schatz, Dr. Brookshaw, Dr. Rybicki.

Cost is $75 for adults and $35 for youth (under 16)
