Warm-up and warm-down
A complete upper body, lower body and core program known as Aerobicized Strength Training
Nutrition and dietary tips
Weekly goal-setting and home exercises

Instructor: Dr. Wellum, Dr. Schatz, Dr. Brookshaw, Dr. Rybicki.
Cost is $75 for adults and $35 for youth (under 16)
